General Terms of Service and Conditions

General
- I have the right to refuse or cancel orders (you will get your money back)
- Orders are processed in the order they were paid for
- I want you to get what you want (no limit on revisions)
- But if I have to redraw completely several times, I will also charge more
- I may paint the graphics live on Twitch (write me when that's not okay)

Payment
- The full price must be paid before the start
- Only payments via PayPal are accepted
- You will receive an invoice from me
- No refund if there was no mistake on my part

Rights of use
- I keep the copyright
- The graphics are for personal use for Twitch streams, YouTube streams or Discord
- The graphics may not be used for merch or other commercial purposes
- A license can be purchased for commercial purposes
- The graphics may not be resold
- The graphics may not be modified

Express delivery
- Your order will be processed next
- You pay an additional 50% of the price (example: normal price = 180€, express delivery = 270€)

Twitch
- I have no influence if Twitch rejects a graphic
- I would be happy if you add me as an artist on your channel and possibly on emotes (@WildeChelsy)

Procedure
- Contact me via Discord, Twitch or by mail (wildechelsy.design@gmail.com)
- We discuss what you want to have
- I send an invoice
- Payment is done (Only with the payment the order moves into the order list)
- Once your order is on the line:
- I first make 1 - 3 sketches per graphic
- After a meeting I can make small changes
- If it is an order with several graphics that are similar (e.g. emotes) I will finish one
- Re-evaluate and agree on the finished graphic and the rest of the graphics
- The rest of the graphics will be created
- I will provide you with the graphics in a zip file
